Kiesel Bags are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails during this warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, and items sold as "Seconds". Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

Seconds Clearance sales do not qualify for our warranty as they are sold as is and all sales are final.

All shipments to our Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. Kiesel Bags cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty policy supersedes all previous warranty policies.
